Maintenance & Preservation

Care for what stays.

Your artwork is created with museum-grade materials designed for permanence. A little care ensures it remains part of your home for years to come.

01

Everyday placement

Like all archival works, where it lives matters. Place your artwork away from prolonged direct sunlight, excessive humidity, or areas exposed to constant heat. Soft, indirect light allows the materials and tones to retain their depth over time.
02

Cleaning the frame

Dust occasionally using a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid abrasive fabrics, household cleaners, alcohol-based solutions, or excessive moisture, as they may affect the frame finish and protective surface.
03

Protecting the artwork

Your piece is framed and protected with shatter-resistant acrylic designed for everyday living. Avoid pressing against the acrylic surface or placing sharp objects nearby. Gentle handling preserves clarity and protects the artwork beneath.
04

Humidity & environment

Archival cotton paper is made for longevity, but like all natural materials it performs best in stable environments. Avoid prolonged exposure to bathrooms, kitchens with heavy steam, or areas with excessive moisture.
05

Moving your piece

If relocating your artwork, transport it upright whenever possible and protect the frame corners during transit. The original packaging may be retained for future moves.

Built to stay.

These pieces are created to live quietly in your home and gather meaning over time. With thoughtful care, they are designed to remain with you for decades.
