Pressent specializes in personalized archival artworks created using customer-provided information.
We make every effort to accurately display our products, colors, textures, materials, and designs. However, actual printed products may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings, lighting conditions, printing processes, and material characteristics.
All product descriptions, pricing, availability, and specifications may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
SECTION 3 – PERSONALIZED ORDERS
Every Pressent artwork is individually created using information submitted by the customer.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy of all personalization details before placing an order, including but not limited to:
• Names
• Dates
• Times
• Locations
• Coordinates
• Birth details
• Wedding details
• Any other custom information
Pressent creates artworks exactly as submitted.
We are not responsible for spelling errors, incorrect dates, inaccurate coordinates, missing information, or other inaccuracies provided by the customer.
Once production has commenced, personalized orders cannot be modified, corrected, or cancelled except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in our Return Policy.
SECTION 4 – ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase a product.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including where:
• Product information is inaccurate
• Payment cannot be verified
• Fraud is suspected
• Customer-submitted content violates these Terms
SECTION 5 – PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
Prices, discounts, promotions, and offers may change without notice.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information for all purchases.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
SECTION 6 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently provide shipping within India.
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, weather events, operational disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If an order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and we will assist you in accordance with our Return Policy.

When you submit personalization details, text, names, dates, locations, coordinates, or other content to Pressent, you confirm that:

We reserve the right to refuse any order containing unlawful, defamatory, abusive, infringing, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate content.

• Artwork designs
• Typography systems
• Layouts
• Branding
• Logos
• Product concepts
• Images
• Graphics

is owned by Pressent and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Customers retain ownership of the personal information they submit.
Pressent retains ownership of all artwork designs, layouts, visual systems, and creative presentation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, resell, copy, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of our content without prior written permission.
SECTION 9 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our Services may include links to third-party services, websites, payment providers, shipping providers, or other tools.
We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or practices of any third-party service.

Any purchase made through our website is a transaction between you and Pressent.
