Every Pressent artwork is individually crafted, typeset, printed, and framed specifically for you.
Because each piece is personalized and made to order, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind once an order has been placed.

Pressent creates artworks using the exact information submitted during checkout.
Please carefully review all names, dates, times, locations, coordinates, and personalization details before placing your order.
Once the archival giclée production process begins, changes cannot be made and we cannot offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges for customer-submitted errors.
Damage Replacement Guarantee
Your artwork is carefully packaged using premium protective materials and shatterproof acrylic. However, shipping damage can occasionally occur during transit.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please email us photographs of both the artwork and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery.
Incorrect Items or Manufacturing Defects
If you receive an incorrect item or discover a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and a description of the issue.
