1. Free Pan-India Shipping
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders across India, with no minimum purchase required.
2. Production Timelines
- Individually Crafted: Every artwork is uniquely typeset, printed on premium gallery-grade paper, and custom-framed to order.
- Timeline: Production typically takes 3–7 business days from the date your order is placed.
- High Demand: Because each piece is handcrafted specifically for you, production timelines may vary slightly during peak seasons or periods of exceptionally high demand.
3. Secure Transit & Packaging
- Premium Protection: Your artwork is securely packaged in specialized multi-layered transit boxes to prevent damage during transit.
- Shatterproof Build: To ensure your heritage print arrives flawless and safe to hang, we use optical-grade, shatterproof acrylic instead of fragile, lightweight glass.
- Transit Timeline: Once dispatched from our facility, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery to remote or rural areas may occasionally require additional time.
4. Tracking Your Order
The moment your custom artwork is handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link. This allows you to monitor its journey all the way to your doorstep.
